Package was not delivered
What should I do if I miss my delivery?
Don't worry! The best thing to do is contact the delivery company directly using the tracking number in your email. They will usually try to deliver again 1-3 times. Contacting as soon as possible helps stop your package from being sent back to us.
The tracking says "delivered," but I don't have it.
This can be frustrating, but here's what to do:

Check around: Ask your neighbors, family, or building manager. Sometimes packages are left in a safe spot or with someone else.

Wait a day: Sometimes the tracking updates before the driver has finished their route.

Contact us: If it still hasn't shown up after 24 hours, please get in touch with us. We will start an investigation with the delivery company. Please note that they often require us to wait for their official confirmation, which can take up to 2 weeks.
My package was sent back to you.
This happens if the address was wrong or the package wasn't picked up from the local delivery depot in time. Unfortunately, if a package is returned to us, return shipping fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
