For certain items, we do not recommend applying rhinestones, as some materials may not allow them to adhere securely, which could cause them to fall off. However, under our current policy, our beloved Baddies may still choose to have rhinestones applied at their own discretion, with the understanding that they may not remain securely attached.
部分產品的材質未必能讓燙鑽牢固黏附，可能導致燙鑽脫落，因此我們不建議在這些產品上加配燙鑽。然而，根據現行政策，親愛的 Baddies 仍可自行決定是否加配燙鑽，惟須理解燙鑽可能無法牢固黏附。

服務資格及適用產品
燙鑽訂製服務只適用於指定產品，以及經 Bling Baddies 團隊確認適合進行燙鑽的產品。產品是否適合訂製，將視乎其材質、剪裁、表面處理及燙鑽位置而定。
Service Eligibility and Eligible Items
The rhinestone customization service is available only for selected products and items confirmed by the Bling Baddies team as suitable for rhinestone application. Eligibility depends on the item’s material, construction, surface finish, and requested placement.
VIP 專屬訂製服務
VIP 專屬其他產品訂製服務只適用於合資格 VIP 顧客，並須與指定正價產品一同購買。所有訂製要求均須經 Bling Baddies 團隊確認。
VIP Exclusive Customization
VIP Exclusive Customization for other products is available only to eligible VIP customers and must be purchased together with an eligible regular-priced item. All customization requests are subject to confirmation by the Bling Baddies team.
服務收費
指定產品的燙鑽訂製服務收費為每件 HK$50；其他產品的 VIP 專屬訂製服務收費為每件 HK$100。
Service Charges
Rhinestone customization for selected products is charged at HK$50 per item. VIP Exclusive Customization for other products is charged at HK$100 per item.
指定燙鑽設計及數量
HK$50 及 HK$100 的服務費均包括每件產品最多 2 個英文字母或圖案，並只限指定燙鑽設計。
Design Options and Quantity
The HK$50 and HK$100 service fees include up to 2 letters or icons per item, selected from the designated rhinestone designs only.
額外訂製要求
如需超過 2 個英文字母或圖案、指定以外的設計、特別燙鑽位置或其他較複雜的訂製要求，可能需要支付額外費用。所有額外要求均須由 Bling Baddies 團隊確認可行性及另行報價。
Additional Customization Requests
Requests involving more than 2 letters or icons, designs outside the designated options, special rhinestone placements, or other complex customization may incur additional charges. All additional requests are subject to feasibility confirmation and a separate quotation by the Bling Baddies team.
訂製資料確認
顧客須在下單或預約時確認產品、尺寸、燙鑽款式、英文字母或圖案，以及燙鑽位置。訂製服務只會在所有詳情、付款及相關費用獲確認後開始。
Confirmation of Customization Details
Customers must confirm the item, size, rhinestone design, letters or icons, and placement when placing an order or booking the service. Customization will begin only after all details, payment, and applicable charges have been confirmed.
更改及取消
顧客有責任在確認訂單前核對所有訂製資料。訂製程序開始後，恕不接受更改或取消訂單。
Changes and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for checking all customization details before confirming their order. Once the customization process has begun, changes and cancellations cannot be accepted.
設計或材料供應
所有燙鑽設計、英文字母、圖案、顏色及材料均視乎供應情況而定。如所選款式或材料缺貨，我們會聯絡顧客並提供其他選擇；未經顧客確認，我們不會擅自更改設計。
Design and Material Availability
All rhinestone designs, letters, icons, colors, and materials are subject to availability. If a selected option becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer alternatives. No substitutions will be made without the customer’s approval.
製作時間
所有燙鑽均由我們的團隊逐一手工燙印，請預留約 3–5 個工作天製作。製作時間由訂單、付款及所有訂製詳情確認後起計，並不包括星期六、星期日、公眾假期及配送時間。
Production Time
Each rhinestone design is individually hand heat-pressed by our team. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production, starting after the order, payment, and all customization details have been confirmed. Production time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and delivery time.
訂單高峰期
推廣活動、節日或訂單高峰期間，製作時間可能延長。如出現延誤，我們會盡量通知受影響的顧客。
Peak Production Periods
Production may take longer during promotional campaigns, festive periods, or other peak seasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of any delay.
合併配送
如訂單同時包含現貨及訂製產品，整張訂單一般會待訂製產品完成後一併寄出。
Combined Delivery
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and customized items, the entire order will generally be dispatched once the customized item has been completed.
手工製作特性
所有燙鑽均由我們的團隊逐一手工定位及燙印。由於每件產品均為人手製作，燙鑽的位置、間距及整體效果可能會出現輕微差異。此類差異屬正常手工製作特性，並不視為產品瑕疵。
Nature of Handmade Customization
All rhinestones are individually positioned and hand heat-pressed by our team. As every item is handmade, slight variations in placement, spacing, and overall appearance may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade customization and are not considered defects.

網站圖片只供參考。燙鑽的顏色、光澤、大小及實際效果可能因螢幕設定、燈光、產品尺寸或布料特性而略有不同。
Product Images and Actual Appearance
Product images are for reference only. The color, shine, size, and final appearance of the rhinestones may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, item size, or fabric characteristics.
材質及黏附效果
不同材質對燙鑽的黏附效果各有不同。部分彈性較高、表面經特殊處理、具有紋理、防水或不耐熱的材質，未必能讓燙鑽牢固黏附。Bling Baddies 有權拒絕任何不適合、安全風險較高，或可能影響產品品質的訂製要求。
Material and Adhesion
Rhinestone adhesion varies between materials. Highly elastic, textured, coated, water-resistant, or heat-sensitive fabrics may not allow rhinestones to adhere securely. Bling Baddies reserves the right to decline any customization request considered unsuitable, high-risk, or likely to compromise the quality of the product.
不建議產品的風險
如顧客在收到風險提示後，仍選擇於不建議的產品、材質或位置進行燙鑽，相關訂製將按顧客要求及其自行承擔的風險進行。在此情況下，Bling Baddies 不保證燙鑽的黏附程度或持久性。
Risks for Non-Recommended Items
If a customer chooses to proceed with customization on a non-recommended item, material, or placement after receiving a risk notice, the service will be carried out at the customer’s request and risk. In such cases, Bling Baddies cannot guarantee the adhesion or durability of the rhinestones.
正常損耗
燙鑽可能因日常穿著、拉扯、磨擦、汗水、熱力、清洗方式或長期使用而鬆脫。因正常使用而產生的損耗並不視為產品瑕疵。
Normal Wear and Tear
Rhinestones may loosen due to regular wear, stretching, friction, perspiration, heat, washing methods, or prolonged use. Wear and tear resulting from normal use is not considered a product defect.
退換及退款安排
由於每件訂製產品均按顧客選擇製作，除非產品本身存在經確認的品質問題，否則所有訂製產品均不設取消、退款、退貨或換貨。
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
As each customized item is made according to the customer’s selections, customized items cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged unless a confirmed product fault is identified.
不屬於品質問題的情況
尺寸選擇不合適、個人喜好改變、輕微手工差異、正常損耗，以及因不當使用、清洗或保養而造成的損壞，均不視為產品品質問題。
Matters Not Considered Product Faults
Incorrect size selection, changes of mind, minor handmade variations, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper use, washing, or care are not considered product faults.
錯誤或懷疑有品質問題的產品
如收到錯誤產品或懷疑產品存在品質問題，請盡快聯絡我們，並提供訂單資料、清晰的產品照片及問題描述，以便我們作出評估及跟進。
Incorrect or Potentially Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details, clear photographs of the item, and a description of the issue so that we can review and follow up.
洗滌及保養
為保護燙鑽及延長產品使用壽命，請將衣物反轉並以冷水輕柔手洗。請避免使用衣物柔順劑、漂白劑或刺激性清潔產品，亦請避免浸泡、用力搓洗、擰乾或刷洗燙鑽位置。
Washing and Care
To protect the rhinestones and extend the life of your item, turn the garment inside out and gently hand wash it in cold water. Avoid fabric softeners, bleach, and harsh cleaning products. Do not soak, scrub, wring, or brush the rhinestone area.
晾乾及熨燙
請讓產品自然晾乾，避免使用乾衣機。請勿直接熨燙、蒸熨或再次加熱燙鑽位置。
Drying and Ironing
Allow the item to air dry and do not tumble dry. Do not iron, steam, or apply heat directly to the rhinestone area.
不當保養造成的損壞
因未有遵從洗滌及保養指引而造成的燙鑽脫落、變色或產品損壞，均不視為產品品質問題。
Damage Caused by Improper Care
Rhinestone loss, discoloration, or product damage resulting from failure to follow the washing and care instructions is not considered a product fault.
訂單資料
顧客有責任在提交訂單前確認所選產品、尺寸、燙鑽款式、英文字母或圖案、燙鑽位置、聯絡資料及送貨資料正確無誤。
Order Information
Customers are responsible for checking that the selected item, size, rhinestone design, letters or icons, placement, contact information, and delivery details are correct before submitting the order.
其他費用
除非另有註明，燙鑽訂製服務費並不包括產品價格、配送費或其他可能產生的費用。
Other Charges
Unless otherwise stated, the rhinestone customization fee does not include the product price, delivery charges, or other applicable costs.
服務安排
Bling Baddies 可因材料供應、安全考慮、技術限制或其他合理原因，更改、暫停或終止燙鑽訂製服務。已確認及已付款的受影響訂單將獲個別跟進。
Service Arrangements
Bling Baddies may amend, suspend, or discontinue the rhinestone customization service due to material availability, safety concerns, technical limitations, or other reasonable circumstances. Affected confirmed and paid orders will be handled individually.
中英文版本
如本條款的中英文版本出現任何歧義或不一致，應以英文版本為準。
Chinese and English Versions
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
最終決定權
如有任何爭議，Bling Baddies 保留最終決定權，但須受適用法律規限。本條款不影響顧客根據適用法律所享有的權利。
Final Decision
In the event of any dispute, Bling Baddies reserves the right of final decision, subject to applicable law. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any rights available to customers under applicable law.
