How it Works

1. Enter your order number (found in your Order Confirmation email or My Order History, e.g., BBOS0520).
2. Enter the same order email (must match the email used at checkout).
3. Enter your phone number (so we can contact you with the next steps).
4. Enter the item(s) you’d like to exchange / refund.
5. Press Submit (Reminder: Return policy — requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date, counted from the day your package arrives).
6. You’ll see “Success! Request Received.” once your request is submitted.
7. Our team will contact you within 3 working days with your next steps.
