Return Window

  • We want you to move comfortably and feel completely confident in your pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your fit or style, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date (tracked from the day your package arrives at your doorstep).

General Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all pieces must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks (such as makeup, deodorant, or sweat).
  • Tags: All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain fully attached and intact.

Limited Drops & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our limited drops, exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If your requested size or style is sold out, we will automatically issue you a refund or store credit so you can secure a piece in our next release.

Non-refundable items

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked)
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts / promotional items

Refund amount (set / bundle purchases)

  • Full sets may be sold at a discount when all items are kept.
  • If you return a set for a refund, you must return all sub-items included in the set.
  • If you return only part of a set, the kept item(s) will be charged at the original full price (the set discount will be removed), and your refund will be the remaining balance after this adjustment.
    • Example: If you bought a set at 10% off and keep 1 item, that kept item is charged at its original price; we refund the rest accordingly.

Refund timing

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Bank/credit card posting time depends on your provider and may take additional days.

Shipping fees

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part.

How to Submit Your Request

We’ve streamlined our process to keep things simple and convenient:

  1. Head to our Returns Portal Page and fill out the request form with your Order Number and matching email.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 3 working days.
  3. Securely seal your package with the products and order number inside and drop it off at your chosen shipping carrier location.
  4. Important: Keep your postage receipt and tracking number for your records until your return is fully processed and confirmed by our team.
