Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • During limited drops, processing may take longer due to high demand.

Shipping fee & free shipping

  • Shipping is a flat rate of HKD 35 per order.
  • Free shipping for HK orders over HKD 499 (automatically applied at checkout).

Shipping timeline

  • Shipping time depends on destination and carrier service selected at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS (if provided).

Drop culture notice

Bling Baddies is drop-based and some items sell out fast. If your order includes a pre-order / drop item, we may ship the order once all items are available (or split-ship when possible—additional fees may apply).

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address. If you need to update it, contact us ASAP. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is packed or shipped.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
